Real Estate Investors Want to Do Different Things with My Property
Last week I had not one but three different people looking at my property. These real estate investors all had great ideas for what they wanted to do with my huge farm house and acreage. One wanted to restore it as a private home for a rich person to buy. One wanted to convert it into a bed and breakfast inn. The third one wanted to convert it into country condos. I can’t believe all the different uses for this one piece of land. I like the idea of fixing it up for a rich person. Maybe I’ll just work on it myself and then consider myself to be very rich!
