Trying Out Call Recording
My parents own a hotel, and just recently they have become concerned about a few of the desk clerks. They have gotten a few complaints from customers about rude clerks, and so they are thinking about doing Call Recording, to see what is going on. I think it’s ridiculous that they are going to have to do something like this. I mean, what happened to people being nice and working hard? They aren’t too concerned about it – as soon as they figure out who it is, they will just replace whoever is making problems with someone better suited for working with the public.
