Home Weight Training Program?

I’m trying to cut back on the bills lately and I’ve been thinking about dumping my expensive 24 Hour Fitness membership and doing a home weight training program instead. Monthly gym memberships really start to add up when you stop and think about it, and I really like the idea of pocketing that money every month.

I have a few buddies that are doing Insanity by Shaun T, and they’re getting some really good results with it. It is a cardio-heavy program, so I might try it out and then add some additional weight training on top of it.

Will definitely report back with an update once I figure out what I’m going to do.
