One cannot be a calendar always for solving the question of how to lose belly fat.  But it is recommended that to avoid diseases which can grow with this belly fat as the age grows. There is a common saying ‘Health is Wealth’ and in this saying there is no doubt because if health is not in order then everything is wrong for the person even the natural environment is not suited to that person. There are many diseases which can be grow side by side with the help of belly fat such as heart problem, respiratory system can be week, regular stomach problem etc. To avoid these problems one should take precautions in preventing it.
