No more back pain.
Every morning I spend 5 to 10 minutes doing a stretching and strengthening routine which keeps me flexible and strong. I had had back pain for years until I found a Houston Chiropractor. At first she worked on minimizing the pain and inflammation. As the treatment went on she taught me how to take care of my self. First we started with the basic stretches and worked our way up to core strengthening. My pain was finally under control as long as I keep doing my stretches and exercises. I also go in every month or so for an adjustment. I am so glad to finally be off all of my medications and have the knowledge to take care of myself.
