I am going to do what I have to do
I have a limited amount of money to help my niece pay for her facial reconstruction but I will do whatever I can. It is something that needs to be done and I want to help her. She has had a fairly hard life in the first 18 years but some people have had it worse. She does not complain about it and she is grateful to just be here. I want her to go to a bite reconstruction dentist after some of her surgeries are done. She is going to need some major work done on her jaw in the future.
