mall walkers

I used to kind of scoff at the people I saw walking in my local mall every time I was on one of my power shopping trips because I thought it was kind of a dorky thing to do.  Then I discovered how great walking is for overall heath, for improved mental clarity because it gives a person time to just focus on putting one foot in front of the other, and going on a brisk walk for at least thirty to sixty minutes a day helps blast the fat off a persons body, improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity.  That is why I have a non negotiable deal with myself to get out and walking to lose weight every day and also for better overall physical and mental health.
