More Energy and Weight Loss – Yay!
I love Eating for Energy. I’ve dabbled in many a raw food diet for weight loss, but this was the first time I’ve found a mostly-raw meal plan that really worked for me (and tasted good, too). And I truly do have more energy a few weeks into the 12-week meal plan; I’ve pretty much eliminated wheat and dairy from my diet and can’t believe the difference in the way I feel! I’ve tried to make these changes in the past and couldn’t stick with it, but Eating for Energy has explained it all in a way that makes sense to me, and also incorporates some “real life” philosophy about working my way towards new habits that makes the change a realistic goal.
