Supplementation for Black Spots

Having a black spot in vision is very common and pretty normal. As I’m writing this, I can see that I have a number of floaters in my eyesight, hwever they are all very weak and don’t hamper my vision to the point where it’s intrusive enough to warrant doing something to remove them.

However, if you’re one of the  unluckier ones and experience quite severe eyesight floaters then you shoudl consider taking supplements to help remove them.  Lutein, bilberry, taurine and antioxidants are all advised in the fight against eye floaters.  You can also supercharge your efforts by doing ey exercises alongside your supplementation.
