Our nation is falling behind in essential math skills. As we enter the brave new world of international commerce, we need a new approach and a different method in order to teach math to children. While Dr. Knowledge is not a “Super Hero” in the classic sense of the word (he has not been bitten by an insect or arrived from another planet), he does possess some incredible math skills. He was able to acquire these skills by doing his math homework and studying other subjects as well. He is able to utilize these abilities to solve some incredible crimes and problems. Our hope is that children will become enchanted with his adventures and have their own desire to study math.When Bobby was a young boy, he lost his mother.
