The locomotives my step-dad collects
My step-father started oil painting about six years ago. He has a small cottage up in the mountains above Santa Barbara. My step-father has gotten very good in his painting and his works of art are very sought after these days. I drove up to his small cottage last week to spend some time with him up there. He has a guest room in his cottage that is decorated with railroad memorabilia including a fine collection of model locomotives. I like the fact that the bed in the guest room is a large water-bed that uses large water tubes. It feels incredible on my back.
