Purchasing a Tax Deed
We have been looking for a good deal on a shortsale house for a very long time now. It has gotten to be very discouraging. We thought with the large number of houses in foreclosure, that it would be more of a buyer’s market. Unfortunately for us, the process of buying a shortsale has been much more drawn out and difficult than we expected. We want to get a good deal on a house though, and so we are considering purchasing a home with a tax deed on it through the auctions. I will let you know how it goes.
