My best friend Jon asked me to help him out with a plumbing problem on a house he’s trying to fix up. He works in wholesale real estate and bought a house that had hidden plumbing issues. If it weren’t for me, he’d end up paying a lot more for this. He’ll still pay me for my time and materials, but I won’t charge him like others would. He keeps me working pretty steady on this venture of his, so I cut the price for him on the work. We have a pretty good deal going on this and it works out well for us both.
