Cirrhotic patients

The results of transesophageal ligation have not been uniformly encouraging, and in cirrhotic patients the procedure has been accompanied by a high incidence of recurrent bleeding. Other method directed at the site of bleeding have been concerned with interrupting the blood supply of the esophagus by extensive gastroesophageal resection. Cannulation with drainage of the thoracic duct as also been applied as method of reducing portal hypertension and control bleeding from the varices, but these effects have been inconsistent. ICD10 Certification.is very useful service as it will help in the collections and also for the amount that is pending from the payers and patients
