Factors Affecting CNA Salary

Because of the different standards set by every state, they somehow differ in their salary offers to Certified Nursing Assistants. Most states which are bigger usually have high offers compared to lower states. Those healthcare facilities located in the cities are paying more than the amount paid to CNAs working in clinical or medical settings located in the community or local area. Another factor affecting CNA salary is the number of years of experience. Applicants with more experience will be hired and are offered with higher amounts than entry-levels receive. And if you have high education with high grades, you will also be prioritize and shall be given a higher rate as well.
