An early start to a quick trip
Having the car rental new zealand office right by the airport made things much easier for us at that start of our trip, as well as at the end of course. We got off the plane and it was fairly early in the morning but someone was already there working. The sun was barely coming up and we were already on our way south to the first town that we were visiting. We only had four short days sadly but it was nice to get the chance to have a quick look around, next time however we will be making a proper tour of it and spend at least a couple of weeks.
